The Visiting Nurse Association of Florida (VNA)
is a 50 year old home health agency that is growing and looking to hire (RN).
As an
RN , you will work with referral sources from the healthcare community to implement services to meet the needs of individuals and families in their homes. You will be responsible for completing physical assessments and determine any patient home care needs, assist in developing and implementing that plan of care for each patient while using VNA of Florida's case management model.
Requirements
Trach/Vent Suprapubic Catheter – MUST have experience
Active Registered Nurse License required
Must have a minimum of 1-year Clinical Experience
Home Health/HCHB Experience a plus
