The Visiting Nurse Association of Florida (VNA)
is a 50‑year‑old home health agency that is growing and looking to hire an
RN .
As an
RN , you will work with referral sources from the healthcare community to implement services that meet the needs of individuals and families in their homes. You will be responsible for completing physical assessments, determining any patient home‑care needs, and assisting in developing and implementing that plan of care for each patient while using VNA of Florida's case‑management model.
Requirements
Trach/Vent suprapubic catheter – MUST have experience
Active Registered Nurse license required
Minimum 1-year clinical experience
Home health/HCHB experience is a plus
