The Visiting Nurse Association of Florida (VNA)
is a 50‑year‑old home health agency that is growing and looking to hire
Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) or Registered Nurses (RN)
in Hobe Sound and West Palm Beach areas.
As an LPN or RN,
you will work with referral sources from the healthcare community to implement services that meet the needs of individuals and families in their homes. You will be responsible for completing physical assessments and determining patient home‑care needs, and for assisting in developing and implementing the plan of care for each patient using VNA of Florida’s case‑management model.
Requirements
Trach/Vent Suprapubic Catheter – MUST have experience
Active Registered Nurse License required
Minimum of 1‑year clinical experience
Home Health/HCHB Experience a plus
