Additional responsibilities will include member care and supporting the spiritual and organizational leadership of the church. This role is designed for a man who meets the biblical qualifications of an elder, demonstrates theological depth, pastoral warmth, and thrives in a collaborative leadership environment. He will preach up to 30 times per year, participate in leadership supporting the executive team, and help cultivate a culture of theological formation and spiritual maturity.
