Our client is seeking a highly professional and discreet Executive Assistant to support a senior investment team within a wealth management environment. This role is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, coordination, and communication across investment activities. Responsibilities Manage complex calendars and scheduling for senior investment professionals, including meetings and committees Coordinate domestic and occasional international travel and related logistics Prepare, organize, and format confidential investment materials and reports Maintain records, correspondence, and workflows within CRM and investment systems Process expenses, invoices, and provide general administrative support to the investment team Requirements 5+ years of executive assistant experience within wealth management, investment management, or a family office (required) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with investment systems preferred Exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and ability to manage multiple priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills; Bachelor’s degree preferred Seniority Level Mid-Senior level Employment Type Full-time Job Function Administrative #J-18808-Ljbffr
