Job Title: Office Clerk
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This position requires a self-starter who can handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining high levels of accuracy and professionalism. As an Office Clerk, you will be the backbone of our office, providing essential support to various departments and helping to coordinate daily activities.
Key Responsibilities Perform daily clerical tasks, including data entry and filing. Manage and organize correspondence, including emails and phone calls. Assist in inventory management and supply ordering. Maintain an organized filing system both digitally and physically. Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff as needed. Prepare and process documents, reports, and correspondence. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus. Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
