We are seeking a diligent and organized Office Clerk to join our team. As an Office Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude. Your primary tasks will involve a variety of clerical duties, such as managing correspondence, maintaining records, and assisting with administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner Maintain and organize physical and electronic files Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments for staff members Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages Prepare reports and documents as requested Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
