Overnight Blaster at Smith Industries Location: Odessa, TX. Salary: $100,000.00-$130,000.00. Full‑time, entry‑level. Responsibilities Apply coating inside tanks, vessels, and other items using Sherwin Williams epoxies. Operate airless and conventional spray equipment for coating, blasting, and painting. Handle blast media hoses (up to 60 lb) and maintain a sustained, consistent spray pattern. Use scissor lifts, ladders, and scaffolds safely for application and blasting. Disassemble, repair, and re‑assemble spray equipment as needed. Work approximately 50 hours per week. Qualifications 1–3 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of coating, blasting, and painting processes. Ability to operate spray equipment and handle heavy hoses. Familiarity with safety procedures for lifts and scaffolds.
