Executive Administrative Assistant (Contract-to-Hire) – Onsite, East Indianapolis
Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting top executives? LHH is currently seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant for a fully onsite, contract-to-hire opportunity with one of our top clients on the east side of Indianapolis.
What You’ll Do
Manage complex, fast-paced calendars and scheduling for C-suite or executive leaders
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure executives are fully prepared
Track deliverables, follow up on action items, and keep projects on schedule
Work closely with internal stakeholders to set and maintain timelines
Draft professional communications and maintain strong relationships across teams
Proactively identify ways to streamline processes and boost productivity
What We’re Looking For
5+ years supporting senior executives (VP or C-suite) in dynamic environments
Proven expertise in complex calendaring and high-volume coordination
Strong project management skills and ability to drive accountability
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
Tech-savvy, with experience using Microsoft 365, Teams, and productivity tools
Adaptable, organized, and able to anticipate needs before they arise
Compensation: $60,000–$85,000 annually, based on experience.
