What you can expect. Your Responsibilities. Administrative support to the executive management in day‑to‑day operations
Coordination and organization of appointments and events
Preparation and follow‑up of meetings, including minute‑taking
Travel management, including travel expense reports
Preparation of presentations, reports, and decision‑making documents
Interface communication with internal departments and external partners
Office organization and office management
Your Qualifications. Successfully completed commercial training (e.g. Administrative Assistant or equivalent qualification
At least three years of professional experience (preferred)
Solid basic knowledge of commercial processes
IT skills and confident use of MS Office
Good command of German and English
Experience with an ERP system (preferred)
Independent and precise working style
Sense of responsibility, reliability, and strong organisational skills
