As our client continues to expand theirfootprint across the nation, theyare seeking an experienced and passionate HR Business Partner to join their national HR team and contribute to the next chapter of theirsuccess story. This role is will supportthree vital business units and have a focus intalent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
HR Business Partner Responsibilities :
Apply HR guidelines and standards in daily operations while working closely with HR colleagues and organizational leaders.
Oversee the full employee lifecycle from compensation, benefits, and leave administration to performance issues, investigations, talent development, engagement, and training programs.
Partner with leadership to implement the company’s talent strategy, including workforce planning, recruitment, retention, and succession initiatives that drive a strong performance culture.
Develop and execute initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and overall workplace satisfaction.
Provide managers with expert HR guidance on people matters, policies, procedures, and HR programs, offering solutions that align with best practices.
Lead HR initiatives that foster a culture of excellence, collaboration and innovation, positioning our client as an employer of choice
- Manage employee relations investigations as they come up
Assist with performance management at the plant and corporate level
HR Business Partner Requirements :
- 5+ years of dynamic HR experience, with recruitment experience as well
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment or a related industry is required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Prior experience inHR COE focuses including labor relations, talent acquisition, organization & talent Management, and workforce planning.
Proven ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
This position can pay up to $125,000 salary and offers competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401k match.
