Senior Technical Recruiter LaunchCode is seeking a self-directed Senior Technical Recruiter to drive sourcing and vetting of talent for technical and technical‑adjacent roles. This role combines hands‑on recruiting with strategic sourcing leadership. You’ll be responsible for the full recruiting lifecycle while helping shape the strategic direction of our targeted recruitment efforts.
