Onsite in Lebanon, Tennessee (greater Nashville area)
Travel approximately 1–4 times per year for regional HR meetings in the Midwest

Why This Role Is Important
Serves as the primary HR leader for this division, building a trusted partnership with operations while ensuring sound judgment, legal compliance, and practical, people-centered solutions
Leads day-to-day employee relations, performance coaching, and sensitive investigations, helping maintain a positive, low-turnover culture in a high-volume warehouse and manufacturing environment
Acts as the key liaison between the business unit and shared services for payroll, benefits, and compensation, ensuring accurate UKG timekeeping, clean data, and smooth, timely processing for all employees
Drives foundational and strategic HR initiatives, including validating job descriptions, aligning roles to pay bands, and supporting light org design to position the business for continued growth and scalability
Provides leadership, direction, and mentorship to the Senior HR Generalist, setting clear standards, reinforcing HR best practices, and elevating the overall effectiveness of the HR function
The Background That Fits
5+ years of broad-based HR experience, including at least 2–3 years in an HR Manager or HR Generalist role
Background supporting blue-collar, warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial environments with strong exposure to employee relations and full-cycle HR
Proven success partnering closely with operations leaders, bridging gaps between HR and OPS
Working knowledge of HR best practices, employment law fundamentals, and HR standards around confidentiality and compliance, with comfort operating in and helping optimize HRIS/payroll/timekeeping systems (UKG experience a plus)
Demonstrated ability to coach and develop HR team members, and maintain an approachable, visible presence on the floor.
Spanish language skills highly preferred but not required
