Overview Position: Server Hardware Engineer (ITAD) Company: Trio Supply Chain Solutions Location: Winston-Salem, NC Type: Full-Time Responsibilities Design, analyze, and troubleshoot server hardware systems within the ITAD segment, evaluating and refurbishing server hardware systems, conducting performance assessments, and facilitating repairs as required. Collaborate closely with engineering and sales teams to enhance product offerings while ensuring compliance with industry standards and environmental regulations. Identify potential hardware refurbishments that contribute to sustainability goals and cost-efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in server hardware design and evaluation. Comprehensive knowledge of server architecture, hardware components, and storage systems. Familiarity with IT asset disposition processes and applicable environmental regulations. Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair server hardware issues effectively. Familiarity with virtualization technologies is a plus. Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
