Novant Health Urgent Cares provides non‑medical management and administrative services to over 50 Doctors Care urgent care centers and 24 Progressive Physical Therapy facilities throughout South Carolina. Title: Provider Recruiter Location: Columbia, SC (Corporate) Status: Full-Time What Are We Looking For? Provider Recruiter who sources, screens, and coordinates qualified provider (MD/DO, PA, NP, DPT, PTA) candidates for Novant Health Urgent Care or Physical Therapy centers across South Carolina. The recruiter initiates contact, performs initial phone screen, and coordinates next steps in interview processes. The recruiter communicates with the CMO and VP to identify priority needs and provide updates on candidate sourcing efforts. Do You Have What It Takes? Associate's degree from an accredited college or university One or more years of recruiting experience in a corporate environment or staffing agency Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with a wide variety of individuals Excellent time‑management and organizational skills; ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with multiple tasks and strong attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience with social media platforms Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to travel with overnight stays Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) An ideal candidate would also have: Bachelor’s degree in Business or other applicable major Experience in physician and mid‑level provider recruiting Experience in physical therapist and physical therapy assistant recruiting What Do We Offer?
