Novant Health Urgent Cares provides non‑medical management and administrative services to over 50 Doctors Care urgent care centers and 24 Progressive Physical Therapy facilities located throughout South Carolina. Responsibilities
Ensure all payments are correctly entered against accounts.
Transfer charges to patient responsibility as appropriate.
Balance daily activities and maintain records and reports.
Identify errors in payments and apparent aberrations for research and resolution.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalency.
Able to work 10‑hour days the last week of each month, including Saturday if necessary, to complete month‑end processing.
Ability to enter $40,000 of charges daily.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to reflect our mission, vision, and values through actions and conduct.
1‑2 years previous billing/customer service experience (ideal).
