About The Role
Recruiters are the ones who make sure we’ve got the best players. We hire elite athletes and place them in the right spots to win. In this role you will make sure candidates have a great experience during our hiring process, plan and execute first‑class hiring strategies, and bring the world’s top A‑Players to Revolut. You’ll innovate, drive, and deliver hiring solutions effectively and efficiently, seeking out opportunities and improvements across the recruitment lifecycle.
What You’ll Be Doing
Recruit exceptional A‑Players to join Revolut’s rapidly growing teams.
Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to create the ideal candidate profile.
Develop and refine interview processes that enhance assessment quality and optimise candidate experience.
Act as a trusted talent acquisition advisor with a solid understanding of the talent pool.
Facilitate a pipeline of qualified candidates for future needs.
Screen CVs and interview prospective candidates, promoting Revolut as an employer of choice.
Drive the offer process and close candidates.
Consistently ensure a fantastic candidate experience.
Be a subject‑matter expert in your specialist market.
Implement modern sourcing/recruiting methods.
What You’ll Need
2+ years of experience as a recruiter (seniority will be based on your experience).
Proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic, high‑growth environment, meeting ambitious timelines and KPIs.
Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
Business acumen with the ability to learn and adapt to new domains quickly, supporting cross‑functional recruitment efforts.
Experience working in a high‑volume hiring environment.
Solid organisational, multi‑tasking, and time‑management skills.
Familiarity with ATS and recruitment analytics tools.
Strong problem‑solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
High ambition, self‑motivation, and passion for our vision.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Fluency in English.
Nice to Have
Experience in a recruitment agency, hyper‑growth start‑up, and/or fintech.
Fluency in other languages.
