Opportunity Description Our client is a global packaging manufacturing company with a strong hold on their space. They are vertically integrated and have one of the industries best succession planning structures. Managers are usually promoted within 12-24 months and the growth doesn't have to stop after that. We are looking for a Manufacturing Manager to take control of the day to day various manufacturing areas inside of a 250 person manufacturing facility. Responsibilities The Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a diverse workforce, driving quality and continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring production targets and KPIs are met. Qualifications World Class manufacturing experience is a plus Printing or Paper board experience is a plus Data analytics, statistical data analysis, decision making based on KPIs and metrics Experienced managing a department or a small facility Strengths in managing a diverse workforce Culture driver and change agent Please apply directly.
