We are seeking a skilled and motivated Windows Administrator to join our team in Princeton, NJ. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of hands‑on experience managing and supporting Windows environments, with solid knowledge of system administration, security, and network configuration.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain Windows servers and related infrastructure
Perform Windows security management and compliance checks
Manage and configure Hypervisors (VMware/Hyper‑V)
Support and manage Active Directory, group policies, and domain services
Configure and manage VLANs for network segmentation
Install, troubleshoot, and configure network printers
Utilize Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools for system health and alerts
Perform regular patching and updates to ensure security and stability
Collaborate with IT support and infrastructure teams to ensure uptime and performance
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
3–4 years of hands‑on experience as a Windows Administrator
Strong knowledge of Windows Server OS and Windows security best practices
Experience with Hypervisors such as VMware or Hyper‑V
Proficiency in managing Active Directory, group policies, and domain services
Hands‑on experience in configuring and managing VLANs
Experience with printer setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
Familiarity with Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools
