Apply to join Butterfly Effects as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) on a part‑time, field‑based schedule. This role is hosted in our Home‑Based Afterschool program with flexible hours whenever availability is required evenings from Monday to Friday (3pm‑7pm).

Your Role as a BCBA at Butterfly Effects
Managing & supervising RBTs and BTs to ensure high‑quality ABA service delivery.
Conducting functional behavior assessments, developing individualized treatment goals, and creating evidence‑based intervention plans.
Leading family and caregiver training sessions.
Coordinating with therapists, educators, and other professionals for integrated care.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or related field.
Active BCBA Certification from the BACB.
Passion for working with children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
