The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for responding to customer service-related questions via inbound calls, texts, or email and manage the welcome call process for new customers.

The Ideal Candidate Will

Answer inbound calls

Assist our collections team in maintaining past due accounts

Provide first class customer service to our customers

Be a subject matter expert in all things customer service related!

What You Need

Active listening skills

Understanding of technology, software applications, phone and computer systems

Attention to detail

Excellent customer service skills

Prior experience in a related field

A high school diploma or GED

Bilingual in English/Spanish is highly desirable
