Collections Specialist

Key Responsibilities Maintain past‑due accounts to company goals. Apply a firm and fair collections approach. Build relationships with customers to maintain consistent and successful collecting. Deliver exceptional customer service.
Ideal Candidate Experience in customer service, collections, or sales. Call center experience. Results driven and thrive at hitting goals and bonus. High school diploma or GED. Bilingual in Spanish/English highly desirable.
