Commercial Driver – Part Time
AutoZone invites you to join our store frontline as a Commercial Driver. You’ll use company‑provided vehicles to deliver automotive parts to commercial customers, driving sales while fostering a positive retail environment.
Responsibilities
Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear automotive advice.
Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure smooth teamwork and strong customer relationships.
Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
Drive company‑provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries, loading and unloading parts per route schedules.
Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment.
Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies.
Stay updated on promotions and automotive products, maintaining delivery vehicles and reporting any issues promptly.
Qualifications
Minimum age 18.
Valid driver’s license and compliance with AutoZone’s driver safety requirements.
Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
Physical ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Exceptional communication in Spanish and English.
Previous automotive retail experience.
Hazmat endorsement preferred.
