Job Overview
Sprouts Farmers Market is hiring a
Vitamin/HBA Clerk
to help customers discover the benefits of supplements and vitamins. The role focuses on providing friendly customer service, maintaining displays, pricing merchandise, and sharing product knowledge in a fast‑paced, friendly environment.
Responsibilities
Provide prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service in the Vitamin Department.
Create and maintain department displays.
Accurately price all merchandise by stamping, marking, or placing shelf tags and signs.
Use supplement and vitamin knowledge to answer questions and educate customers within the proper parameters.
Stay informed on events, seminars, and the weekly ad, and direct customers to product locations throughout the store.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and store safety.
Qualifications
At least 16 years of age.
Dependable, reliable, and flexible to work a schedule that may change and include nights, weekends, and holidays.
Positive attitude, good communication skills, and ability to follow directions in a team environment.
Willingness to learn about new products and alternative health.
Ability to perform repetitive activities, multitask, prioritize, and stay organized.
Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, lift, and maneuver up to 50 lbs. over a distance of up to 3 feet. Ability to walk up to 3 miles in an 8‑hour shift.
Adherence to all safety, health, OSHA, and Weights & Measures regulations.
Capable of performing other related duties as assigned.
