About the Role Our ICU unit is comprised of 16 beds in CVICU, MICU, Surgical, Neuro, and Trauma (10‑11 beds for CV/ICU patients) with a 1:2 nurse‑to‑patient ratio. You will play a crucial role in making our community at Lake Havasu City healthier and will be part of a team with a positive and collaborative work environment.

Position Summary To ensure that patients' needs are met you will work side‑by‑side with our Multi‑Care Technicians. This position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively across disciplines to coordinate patient care, as well as opportunities for growth and to enhance your skills in critical care.

Minimum Qualifications

Associate's degree in Nursing (required)

Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) License or Compact State Registered Nurse (RN) required upon hire

Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required within 30 days of hire

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required upon hire; BLS is not required if current ACLS is held

Paediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required within 1 year of hire

Handle with Care certification required within 30 days of orientation and annually thereafter

Tertiary Nursing Certification (TNCC) required within 6 months of hire

Pass rhythm recognition test within 90 days of hire

One year ICU experience preferred

Seniority Level Entry level
