Position Summary Our ICU unit is comprised of 16 beds, including CVICU, MICU, Surgical, Neuro, and Trauma (10–11 beds for CV/ICU patients) with a 1:2 nurse‑to‑patient ratio. You will play a crucial role in making our community healthier and will be part of a team with a positive and collaborative work environment. To ensure that patients’ needs are met you will work side‑by‑side with our Multi‑Care Technicians, coordinating patient care across disciplines. This position offers opportunities for growth and skill enhancement in critical care.
Minimum Qualifications Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:
Associate’s degree required
Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) License or Compact State Registered Nurse (RN) required on hire
Basic Life Support Certification required within 30 days of hire
ACLS required upon hire, BLS is not required if employee has current ACLS
PALS required within 1 year of hire
Handle with Care within 30 days of orientation – required annually
TNCC within 6 months of hire
Must pass a rhythm recognition test within 90 days of hire
1 year ICU experience preferred
