Meaden & Moore We are currently searching for a Manufacturing Controller in the Wayne-County area for a privately-held company. This is a client search and we are seeking a detail oriented, hands‑on professional for a $20mm manufacturing company.
You will oversee all company and plant financial and accounting activities and present operational and financial results to management.
Responsibilities
Accounts payable
Accounts receivable
General ledger entities
Payroll
Payroll tax processing
401(k) and Pension Plan Administrator
Banking and cash management
Bank reconciliations, monthly financial statements, and month‑end close
Year‑end inventory and financial statements
Special reports and data analysis as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or equivalent experience) required.
Manufacturing industry experience is required.
Must have satisfactory Excel and computer skills.
Must be an analytical thinker and a problem‑solver.
IT experience is a plus.
