Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CPA certification or CPA track preferred and given priority.
Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in public accounting.
Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
