A Day in the Life
Responsible for full‑cycle recruiting including sourcing passive candidates, cold calling, phone interviewing, scheduling interviews, and managing active candidates through the interview and offer process
Build database of leads and maintain relationships with potential candidates
Manage job creation, postings, and external candidate marketing for specified positions or divisions
Build best practices and procedures for hard‑to‑fill positions
Complete ad hoc projects for the recruiting team and Director of Talent Acquisition, as needed
Necessary Qualifications
5‑10 years of experience in full‑cycle construction, engineering or architecture recruiting required
Experience using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, or related
Familiarity with iCIMS or another applicant tracking system
Experience managing multiple hiring managers and partnering with leadership
Bachelor’s degree preferred
