A leading quantitative, technology-focused organization is seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Quant Research Pipeline Manager to join its campus recruiting team. This role partners closely with campus recruiters focused on talent attraction (sourcing, branding, events), while owning the talent evaluation side of the process — interviews, offers, and candidate experience.

Responsibilities
Candidate Management: Guide candidates through the interview process for quantitative research intern and full-time roles, with a strong focus on experience and engagement
Pipeline Management: Partner closely with recruiting coordinators to run a highly efficient, well-orchestrated interview process
Interview Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously evolve and improve how top quantitative talent is evaluated
Offer Process: Manage the full offer lifecycle, including approvals, offer discussions, negotiations, and closing
Intern Program Support: Build strong relationships with interns and collaborate with mentors and hiring managers on intern evaluation and select program initiatives
Stakeholder Partnership: Work with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, maintain a high hiring bar, and iterate on interview processes
Process Improvement: Drive improvements across interview workflows, offer processes, and overall candidate experience
Data & Metrics: Use recruiting tools and reporting to monitor pipeline health, identify drop-offs or inefficiencies, and implement data-driven solutions
Requirements
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with exposure to quantitative, technical, or highly academic talent
Strong understanding of selective recruiting pipelines and evaluation processes
Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems, recruiting CRMs, and analytics/reporting tools
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Analytical, process-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
