Base Pay Range $23.00/hr – $23.00/hr

Fixed Rate : $23.00/hr
Schedule : Full-time schedule (includes weekend shifts and holidays)

Job Description What You’ll Do:
Provide Hands‑On Care : Assist individuals with daily activities such as personal care, meal prep, and transportation while fostering independence.
Support Mental Health & Behavioral Management : Help individuals overcome behavioral challenges, offering compassionate, person‑centered care and working with behavior guidance plans as needed.
Create a Safe & Welcoming Environment : Maintain a clean, safe space that ensures comfort and support while helping individuals reach personal goals.
Mentor & Guide : Provide supervision, positive reinforcement, and guidance to help individuals achieve aspirations and assist with staff scheduling and program consistency.
Household Management : Coordinate services including finances, activities, program services, family involvement, educational/vocational programs, health care/nutrition, and household management.
Qualifications
At least
2 years of experience
in delivery of significant behavioral health services; must demonstrate de‑escalation techniques, conflict resolution, positive support methods and person‑centered approach.
At least
1 year of lead staff experience
in residential services or a two‑year degree in a related field.
Ability to understand and implement behavior support plans (BSP), treatment plans, functional assessments, individualized support plans (ISP), and person‑centered plans.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
High School Diploma or GED.
Passion for Helping Others : Experience with mental health conditions (e.g., bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, depression, anxiety).
Physical stamina to stay on feet, walk, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Basic computer skills for tracking progress and documentation.
