Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Perform month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and account analysis
Prepare and review balance sheet and general ledger reconciliations, investigating and resolving variances
Manage allocations related to expenses, inventory, and intercompany transactions
Handle accounts receivable entries, billing, cash application, and collections support
Support inventory accounting, including reconciliations, adjustments, cost analysis, and reporting
Assist with cash forecasting, monitoring cash flow, and supporting liquidity planning
Prepare accurate financial statements and supporting schedules in accordance with GAAP
Collaborate with internal teams and auditors to support audits and compliance requirements
Qualifications
3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and allocations
Hands‑on experience with A/R, collections, and inventory accounting
Exposure to cash forecasting and financial planning
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting systems / ERPs
Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
