Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with recruiting resources and community partners to expand candidate pipelines
Review and monitor employment applications for contact center employees
Represent the company professionally at offsite hiring events
Pre‑screen applicants, schedule and conduct interviews
Administer pre‑employment testing, reference checks, and background checks
Review and audit new hire paperwork to ensure accuracy and completion
Communicate job offers and conduct new hire orientation
Track and maintain recruiting reports, including interview‑to‑hire ratios and other metrics
Support other HR and recruiting functions as needed
Contribute as a collaborative team member in a dynamic, fast‑changing environment
Requirements
2+ years of
full-cycle recruitment
in a
high-volume environment
Amenable to work
onsite
in Teleperformance McAllen, Texas
Strong customer service skills and ability to build rapport with employees, management, and vendors
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Quick learner with strong problem‑solving skillsProven ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced setting
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Innovative thinker with an eye toward improving recruiting processes and the overall candidate experience
Previous call center recruiting experience preferred
Strong attendance record required
Must successfully pass background and drug screening
