Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring process.
Job Requirements
Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the CRM/ IT Enabled Services/BPO industry.
Strong knowledge of recruitment principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with recruitment software and tools.
