Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Job Type: Long-term, contract-to-hire opportunity
Location: Dunwoody, GA
Shift: Must be flexible any day, including weekends on 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift
Pay: $21/hour (shift bonus and OT opportunities)
Responsibilities
Work in a 24/7 Emergency Response Call Center, applying excellent customer service skills to support the team.
Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to both external and internal customers placing or inquiring about service requests.
Communicate details of service requests to customers.
Answer high volume of inbound emergency calls from elevators and dispatch appropriate response.
Accurately gather and document caller location and emergency details.
Key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics are monitored and evaluated.
Qualifications & Requirements
2-3+ years of customer service & call center experience with direct customer interaction.
Bi‑lateral (English & Spanish) is required.
Strong communication skills with clear and professional phone etiquette.
Must have reliable transportation.
Multitasking ability while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Excellent attendance and reliability.
Adhere to the company's attendance policies and guidelines, including a point‑based system.
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
Must pass a typing test at minimum speed of 30 WPM.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Dress code: Business casual attire is required in the office.
