Turnover Manager - US, Ohio - 12 Month Contract

We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Turnover Manager to join the team and help deliver this world‑class program.
What You’ll Do
Own the project’s turnover execution plan from construction through Mechanical Completion and handover to CQV.
Set up and maintain system boundaries, turnover packages, and documentation standards in EIDA (advanced proficiency required).
Establish EIDA templates, workflows, user guidelines, and provide training to contractors and internal stakeholders.
Lead, schedule, and coordinate MC walkdowns with Construction, Engineering, QA/QC, and CQV.
What You’ll Need
Extensive experience in turnover, completions, Mechanical Completion, or CQV on major capital projects.
Demonstrated leadership of turnover engineers or documentation teams on large, complex projects.
Strong expertise with turnover databases and digital completions platforms; ability to configure and optimise EIDA workflows is essential.
Excellent understanding of construction sequencing, MC certification processes, test pack requirements, and vendor data management.
