We are currently searching for

Customer Service Representatives (CSR)

to join our team in

Rancho Cordova, CA . As a CSR, you will be responsible for receiving inbound calls, initiating outbound calls to potential and current customers, introducing our products and services, and generating leads to contribute to our company's growth.

Base pay range $19.00/hr - $21.00/hr

Pay Range: $19.00-$21.00 an hour depending on experience

What Will You Do?

Provide inbound/outbound telephone coverage, answer general product and service questions; explain company services.

Schedule maintenance appointments for existing customers, follow up on appointments, etc.

Accurately enter data into the operating system (Service Titan).

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using a prepared script.

Introduce and promote company products/services to generate interest and qualify leads.

Build and maintain positive relationships with potential customers.

Record and document all interactions and feedback for future follow-ups.

Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume and lead generation.

Manage large amounts of calls in a timely manner.

Collaborate with team to transfer qualified leads for further follow-up.

Set up appointments with customers who are interested in service.

Other duties as assigned by the Company.

What Do We Need?

Must have experience in a call center or customer service role in home services.

Must have Service Titan or similar CRM experience.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet targets.

Strong problem‑solving and negotiation skills.

Goal‑oriented and self‑motivated.
