Base pay range $25.00/hr – $35.00/hr
The Drywall & Finish Technician is responsible for repairing and restoring interior surfaces following installations, or service work. This role performs drywall patching, finishing, texturing, and painting to return residential spaces to a clean, professional condition while maintaining quality, safety, and customer service standards.
Pay Range:
$25.00 – $35.00 hourly depending on experience.

What Will You Do?
Repair and restore drywall surfaces and mouldings impacted by install or service activities
Cut, patch, tape, mud, sand, and finish drywall to match existing walls and ceilings
Match and apply textures including smooth, orange peel, knockdown, and similar finishes
Paint repaired areas to blend seamlessly with surrounding surfaces, including proper priming and finish coats
Prepare work areas by protecting floors, furniture, and adjacent surfaces prior to repair and painting
Perform minor carpentry or backing repairs necessary to properly complete drywall restoration
Inspect completed work to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to company standards
Coordinate work activities with supervisors and scheduling teams to ensure timely completion
Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites during and after work completion
Properly use, transport, and maintain personal hand tools and company‑provided equipment and materials
Follow all company safety policies, OSHA guidelines, and applicable building codes
Communicate professionally with customers while working in occupied homes and commercial spaces
Identify and report job‑site issues, material needs, or safety concerns to supervision
Complete required documentation, work orders, or reports accurately and on time
Perform other related duties as assigned
What We're Looking For?
3–5 years of hands‑on experience in drywall repair, finishing, and painting
Valid driver’s license and driving record acceptable to the company’s insurance carrier
Proven ability to texture and blend drywall repairs to existing finishes
Knowledge of interior paint products and application techniques
Must supply basic personal drywall and painting hand tools.
Company will provide job‑specific materials, equipment, and supplies as required
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and workmanship quality
