Responsibilities
Editing and finalizing legal documents, letters, and reports
Calendaring via Outlook
Filing with state and federal courts (including e‑filing)
General administrative duties such as answering phones, preparing expense reports, travel arrangements, and managing attorneys' schedules
Managing work for multiple cases and multiple attorneys
Preparing TOAs and TOCs in Word
Preparing legal documents including motions (MSJs), discovery, pleadings and judicial council forms
Qualifications
5 years of recent civil defense experience
Comprehensive understanding of state and federal court filing protocols and e‑filing platforms
Demonstrated ability to create and format tables of authorities and tables of contents in Word
Extensive experience drafting litigation documents including motions for summary judgment, discovery materials, pleadings and judicial council forms
Experience with specialized legal platforms preferred (iManage, Coyote Analytics, Westlaw, PACER)
Superior multitasking abilities and project management skills
Meticulous attention to detail and efficiency in execution
Eagerness to expand skill set and embrace additional responsibilities
Strong professional work ethic
