Base Pay Range $100,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Conduct substantive discovery and depositions.
Develop winning case strategies.
Draft persuasive motions and briefs.
Represent clients in state and federal courts.
Conduct legal research.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications We are seeking attorneys with 4+ years of litigation experience (insurance defense, commercial litigation, professional liability, or construction defect experience preferred), exceptional research and writing capabilities, demonstrated courtroom presence and deposition experience, and an active South Carolina bar membership.
