Base Pay Range
$100,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr HR Coordinator - Family Office
Exceptional team at an established family office in NYC is looking for someone with HR generalist experience. This role will report into the HR Manager. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including payroll, onboarding, employee records/file management, benefits administration, compliance, culture building, and special projects. While the HR Manager will offer support and oversight, the HR Coordinator must be able to independently think through solutions and be able to drive forward assigned HR functions and duties with minimal supervision. Qualifications / Requirements
2–4+ years of experience in an HR role General knowledge of federal, NY state and NYC labor laws and HR best practices Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills High level of judgement, discretion, and confidentiality Problem solving and critical thinking mindset Proficiency in MS Office Suite Strong organizational and time-management skills The ability to easily maintain several projects and priorities concurrently Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to multitask and to maintain several projects and priorities concurrently in a fast-paced environment Operates with kindness, empathy, and integrity Schedule
Mon – Fri, 8:30am - 5:30/6pm on-site, responsive after hours as needed Location
