Role Description This full-time hybrid role is for a licensed real estate agent/salesperson or licensed associate real estate broker in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The agent will assist clients in buying, selling, or leasing commercial properties by utilizing market knowledge and building strong client relationships.
Responsibilities Responsibilities include conducting property tours, preparing market analyses, negotiating contracts, and providing outstanding customer service. The position is based in the New York City Metropolitan Area, hybrid work flexibility is available.
Qualifications
Experience in or willing to learn the real‑estate industry.
Strong skills in sales and customer service.
Proficiency in building and maintaining client relationships.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Knowledge of the New York City commercial real‑estate market is a huge plus.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
