We’re IntelliChoice Home Care, and we’re looking for a
remote- NORTH CAROLINA based- Talent Acquisition Specialist with a focus in nurse recruitment
who knows how to
hunt, close, and retain nurses
— organized chaos without micromanagement, unnecessary meetings, or corporate nonsense.
What You’ll Actually Do (No Fluff Here):
Recruit
RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
like a pro
Source beyond “apply and pray” (yes, outbound matters here)
Talk to nurses like a human (because AI can’t replace our level of care)
Keep Greenhouse ATS updated and Indeed flooded so leadership doesn’t ugly cry
Match nurses to cases like a staffing matchmaker wizard
Hit goals, celebrate wins, repeat–all with a super flex schedule and an incredibly supportive team that feels like family
What We Won’t Do:
❌ Side eye if you have to step away for an appointment or pick up your kids
❌ Expect miracles without support
