Business Development Manager (m/w/d) – Arrow Electronics

Arrow Intelligent Solutions (AIS), a part of Arrow Electronics, is expanding its team. We are looking for a Business Development Manager based in Germany to drive strategic growth, build strong client relationships, and identify new market opportunities. In this position you will be responsible for developing and winning new business opportunities from ISVs and OEMs. Your role will involve continuous relationship development between the business area, regional teams, and vendors to ensure trust and support of business objectives. You will report to the Head of Business Development and be part of a fun, diverse team. What you will be doing at Arrow AIS

Develop, manage, and create the relationship between AIS and potential customers. Identify new business opportunities – new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products, and services. Develop a funnel using SFDC as a CRM tool. Ensure the execution of sales growth plans; drive results through demand identification and creation opportunities. Plan and oversee new business initiatives. Research organizations and key stakeholders to find new opportunities. Find and develop new markets and improve sales by leveraging Arrow’s portfolio of integration services. Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events. Develop quotes and proposals for clients. What we are looking for

Experience in a similar position in sales and/or business development within a relevant sector. Previous experience at a technology vendor or OEM partner is preferred. Ability to build and develop strategic business relationships. Experience interacting with C-level or key stakeholders from SMB and Enterprise accounts. Strong knowledge of the market and understanding of the added value that an OEM partner provides to the channel. Effective communication with people at all levels. Strong collaboration skills within virtual teams and external partners. Fluency in German and English. What is in it for you
