Primary Responsibilities
Assist the Store Team Leader with payroll, budgeting, store banking, shrink reduction, and related reporting.
Demonstrate Ollie’s “Yes I Care, Yes I Can” behaviors and ensure high Associate‑ and Customer‑service standards.
Maintain store standards, seasonal transition planning, inventory processes, and company programs.
Develop and execute talent plans for associate growth.
Ensure proper scheduling and staffing for business needs.
Perform opening/closing duties and any additional assigned responsibilities.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 2 years retail management experience with a mid‑to‑large retailer.
Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and seasonal shifts.
Valid driver’s license.
Physical Requirements
Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Push and pull up to 35 pounds.
Stand for extended periods and maintain a safe working environment.
