Job Title:
Facilities Specialist- IT Data Centers - ONSITE
Location:
Racine County, Wisconsin
Pay Range:
$35-$45/Hour
What's the Job?
Operate, monitor, and maintain HVAC, CRAC units, chilled water systems, and cooling towers to ensure optimal performance.
Manage UPS, generators, power backup, and battery systems to guarantee continuous operation.
Perform mechanical repairs, parts replacement, and preventive maintenance to uphold system reliability.
Work with controls, sensors, SCADA, and BMS systems to support facility automation and efficiency.
Log and monitor key metrics such as temperature, humidity, airflow, and vibration to identify potential issues proactively.
Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in facilities, mechanical, HVAC, or a similar environment.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Understanding of industrial controls, PLCs, SCADA, and building automation systems.
Experience with critical facility systems like UPS and power generation.
Ability to work 24/7 shifts to support continuous operations.
