Pay Range $19.00/hr - $21.00/hr

Core Job Responsibilities

Adhere to all good manufacturing practices (GMP), food safety, HACCP and SQF process requirements; rectify and/or report any non‑compliance immediately.

Report to all scheduled shifts and attend meetings as required.

Ensure that only quality food‑safe production enters the packing room by constantly monitoring the product and stopping deviations immediately.

Perform all assigned line checks of product as it is being produced and all quality tests to measure the quality of the product.

Alert the Shift Supervisor and Quality Assurance of any product that deviates from standard and will require an audit.

Diagnose machine problems; repair and maintain assigned machines with a sense of urgency.

Respond with a sense of urgency to all defective cups the Packers, Packing Tech or Quality Assurance bring to his or her attention.

Maintain a safe and clean work area at all times in compliance with all GMP’s.

Competencies & Physical Demands

Machine Operator responsible for 1 to 1 ½ machine lines with 4–5 machines per line.

Constant visual and manual inspection of cups as they are fabricated; adjust programming box as needed.

Perform twice per 12‑hour shift cups inspection with a micrometer, including after every mold change.

Perform dunk testing and quality checks.

Light machine repair and inspection at a 33‑inch high table using hand tools; major repairs to parts room within 50 yards.

Work a 12+ hour shift while standing, walking, stooping, bending, reaching, grasping, handling objects and lifting up to 50 lb.

Work in an indoor manufacturing environment not air‑conditioned, exposed to heat, fumes, or airborne particles.

Wear PPE (hairnet, hearing protection, safety glasses with side guards).

Work weekday, weekend and overtime shifts.
