Mechanical & Plumbing Quality Manager – U.S., Ohio (12‑Month Contract)

What You’ll Do
Perform daily walkdowns of mechanical and plumbing systems, emphasizing process piping and HVAC.
Monitor installation quality of contractors, especially less sophisticated mechanical subcontractors, ensuring compliance with specifications.
Review and interpret drawings and specifications to verify installation accuracy.
Document findings through formal reports, NCRs (Non‑Conformance Reports), and checklists.
What you’ll need
Extensive mechanical/plumbing quality management experience on large ground‑up construction projects.
Strong background in process piping (highest priority system).
Extensive understanding of HVAC systems, including quality walks and specification compliance.
Ability to read and interpret specs and drawings accurately.
