Position Summary The Senior HR Manager is responsible for leading, developing, and implementing effective HR practices, designing and building strategic HR programs, and overseeing comprehensive project planning initiatives. This role strengthens the foundational processes of the HR team to support organizational success and delivers high‑quality service, operational excellence, and consistent results aligned with organizational goals. What You’ll Do Core Responsibilities
Provide leadership and direction to HR by designing workflows, developing policies, and ensuring the foundational framework is compliant so that the HR function supports business needs and fosters a positive employee experience.
Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices are legally compliant, consistently applied, and effectively communicated to foster a transparent, fair, and legally sound workplace that builds trust and reduces liability.
Manage total compensation, job design, and benefit programs, ensuring alignment with business goals, employee needs, and compliance requirements to attract and retain top talent.
Oversee employee relations activities and create, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures that comply with all applicable laws and regulations to maintain a respectful, compliant workplace culture.
Stakeholder Support
Serve as a point of contact for employees and vendors.
Respond to inquiries professionally and resolve issues with accountability and empathy.
Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining ownership.
Process, Quality, and Collaboration
Follow established processes while identifying opportunities for improvement.
Maintain accurate documentation and records.
Partner with team members and leaders to support department goals.
Contribute to key performance metrics, service levels, and operational plans.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (BA) in business, human resources, or related field or equivalent experience.
6+ years’ experience in Human Resources management in all functional areas including employee relations, performance management, retention, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, and analytics.
5+ years’ experience in a leadership or management role.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s Degree.
SHRM certification preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Comprehensive understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Ability to build HR practices through identification and discovery.
Ability to establish, nurture, and optimize key internal and external partnerships and influence organizational change.
Working knowledge of HRIS.
Compensation, Work Location, and Benefits Location:
Bellevue, WA (Hybrid) – 3 days/week in office required. Pay Range:
$120,666–$144,840. Employment Type:
Full‑time.
