Business Solutions Director at Ledgent Finance & Accounting
Seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join a dynamic finance team at a leading technology company in downtown Los Angeles. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong organizational skills, and is passionate about accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.
Base pay range $55,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments in compliance with company policies.
Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions and ensure timely payment cycles.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper coding and approval of invoices.
Assist with month-end closing and provide support for audits as needed.
Monitor and respond to vendor inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to automation initiatives.
Qualifications
Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
Experience: 2+ years of accounts payable experience, ideally in a technology or fast-paced corporate environment.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Schedule & Work Environment
Hybrid: 3 days onsite in downtown Los Angeles, 2 days remote.
